I respectfully ask that you please remember to notify me as soon as you know that you will be unable to attend your scheduled appointment and I'd be happy to rebook you. If you miss an appointment I charge 50% of your service as a no show fee. After 2 no show appts, I will ask that you pay for your service upfront prior to rescheduling. After 2 consecutively rescheduled appointments I will ask that you pay 50% of your service as a deposit. After the third I will no longer be able to service you. If you are going to be 15+ minutes late, I may not be able to complete your scheduled service. Payment for all services is due at the time of your appointment. ***Deposits on services are non refundable. Thank you for your understanding.
